If you want to change the Members or Managers of your LLC, the Louisiana Secretary of State offers Form #938A, “Change of Members and/or Managers-Louisiana Limited Liability Company.” Sometimes, filing out that form is all you need to do. Your operating agreement should specify the procedures necessary to change the members or managers of the LLC. It may require that you send notice to other members or managers, or it may require that you put it to a vote.
